Q. Won’t you suffocate in a zorbing ball?
A. Umm… No, there is a big hole that you climb through to get into the zorbing ball. Air fits through this hole even better than you do. In the water walking balls you have to let fresh air in every 15 minutes or so.
Q. Can you take a zorbing ball in the water? Won’t it fill up with water?
A. Yes you can go in the water. No it won’t fill up with water, the water flows out of the hole not into it.
Q. Does it make you throw up?
A. Everyone asks this but I have never heard of it actually happening. I don’t think I would do it drunk just to be sure.
Q: What is the size and price of each product?
A: Because of the multifarious items and different size of each item, this question can not be answered in a word. So pls kindly send email to admin@zorb.com.cn , we will give you a good answer within 24 business hours.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 1 pc.
Q: Can you print my logo on the products?
A: Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the products, and you should offer the clear picture of your logo in PDF format or any other format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.
Q: What are included in one set of product?
A: One product, one blower or pump (extra charge), carrying package (free) and repair kit (free). The water-walking ball will be equiped with a inflating tube for blower (free).
Q: What is the producing time?
A: The leading time for one set of products is one week normally, and if with logo printing or special design it will be a little longer. Sometimes we have some products in stock and so it can be delivered as soon as we get your payment if you need the products hurry.
Q: How about the shipping? How long does it take? Can I arrange the shipping by my own freight forwarder?
A: We can send you the products by sea or air, it depends on how hurry you need the goods. Normally it takse about 35 days by sea and about 5 days by air. You also can arrange the shipping by your own freight forwarder.
Q: How can I make payment?
A: You can make payment by Western Union, Moneygram, Moneybookers or Paypal and T/T (bank transfer).
Q: What kind of guarantee can you offer?
A: Our products can be used about 2 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because the distance is too long to ship the goods back, we will send repair kit for each product.
Q: Have you ever exported to Europe or North America? Do your products have any certification?
A: Our products including blowers have been exported all over the world like USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Thailand, Philippines, Middle East, Africa and so on , they are suitable for these markets. We have EN or SGS certificate for the material and CE certificate for the blower or pump.
Q: How can i place an order? What is the order procedure?
A: First step: We discusss about the products, price, shipping, payment way and so on.
Second step: When everything we discussed is ok, i will make a proforma invoice to specify all the details we discussed about.
Third step: You make payment.
Fourth step:We produce the products and send it to you as we discussed.
Five step: You accept the goods.
